Now and Forever
In the glorious moments,
of dying away.
Not knowing much,
how I was led astray.
I was looking forward to,
the only thought,
that I have reached,
where I belong.
But as we speak,
of fading moments:
memories betray,
running away,
I am compelled,
to part away.
And this is
how, I will stay,
now and forever.
These thoughts they don’t ease the pain.
I am all melting with this rain.
This life, it just flashes by.
There is nothing now left with me
But as we see,
the foregone scenes:
memories fade,
as confusing jade.
I am distorted,
I fall away.
And, this is
how, I will stay,
now and forever.
I am drowning in my fears of coming back.
I am afraid conscience is all I lack.
There is no solace left in me.
And this is how I will stay,
